11Azariah was the father of Amariah. Amariah was the father of Ahitub.
12Ahitub was the father of Zadok. Zadok was the father of Shallum.
13Shallum was the father of Hilkiah. Hilkiah was the father of Azariah.
14Azariah was the father of Seraiah. Seraiah was the father of Jehozadak.
15Jehozadak went away as a captive when the LORD carried Judah and Jerusalem away by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

48Their brothers the Levites were appointed to every kind of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
49But Aaron and his sons made the offerings on the altar of burnt offering and on the altar of incense. They were appointed for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to everything that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

60From the tribe of Benjamin they gave Geba with its open land, Alemeth with its open land, and Anathoth with its open land. All their cities, counted by their families, were thirteen cities.
61The rest of the sons of Kohath were given ten cities by lot from the half tribe, that is, from the half tribe of Manasseh.
62The sons of Gershom, by their families, were given thirteen cities from the tribe of Issachar, the tribe of Asher, the tribe of Naphtali, and the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan.
63The sons of Merari, by their families, were given twelve cities by lot from the tribe of Reuben, the tribe of Gad, and the tribe of Zebulun.
64So the children of Israel gave the Levites these cities with their open land.
65They gave by lot these cities, which are named, from the tribe of the children of Judah, the tribe of the children of Simeon, and the tribe of the children of Benjamin.
66Some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities within their borders from the tribe of Ephraim.
67They gave them, from the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with its open land. They also gave Gezer with its open land,
68and Jokmeam with its open land, and Bethhoron with its open land,
69and Aijalon with its open land, and Gathrimmon with its open land.
70From the half tribe of Manasseh they gave Aner with its open land, and Bileam with its open land, for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.
71The sons of Gershom were given, from the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with its open land, and Ashtaroth with its open land;
72and from the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh with its open land, Daberath with its open land,
73and Ramoth with its open land, and Anem with its open land;
74and from the tribe of Asher, Mashal with its open land, and Abdon with its open land,
75and Hukok with its open land, and Rehob with its open land;
76and from the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its open land, and Hammon with its open land, and Kirjathaim with its open land.
77The rest of the children of Merari were given, from the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmon with its open land, and Tabor with its open land.
78On the other side of the Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, they were given from the tribe of Reuben: Bezer in the wilderness with its open land, and Jahzah with its open land,
79also Kedemoth with its open land, and Mephaath with its open land;
81and Heshbon with its open land, and Jazer with its open land.
