A burden concerning Israel: God makes Jerusalem a cup of staggering for surrounding peoples and a heavy stone that injures all who lift it. The house of David and Jerusalem's inhabitants will mourn for one whom they have pierced, mourning as for an only son—every family mourning by itself.
