Four chariots emerge from between bronze mountains, sent as the four spirits of heaven going throughout the earth; those heading north quiet God's Spirit in the north country. Zechariah is instructed to make crowns for Joshua the high priest and proclaim 'the Branch' who will build the LORD's temple, bear royal honor, sit and rule on his throne while also being priest—the two offices united with peaceful counsel between them.

Babylon

King Nebuchadnezzar destroyed Jerusalem and took the Jews into exile here for 70 years. Daniel and his friends served in the Babylonian court. The Tower of Babel, where God confused human language, was built in this region. In Revelation, Babylon symbolizes worldly power opposed to God.
The Temple
