Read Isaiah Chapter 34 Summary

God's wrath is upon all nations; their armies are devoted to destruction, mountains drenched with blood. Heaven's hosts dissolve; God's sword comes down upon Edom in a sacrifice at Bozrah. Edom becomes burning pitch, inhabited by owls, ravens, and wild beasts forever. Seek in the LORD's book: not one of these creatures shall be missing.

The Longest Prophetic Book

Isaiah contains 66 chapters, making it the longest of the prophetic books. Often called 'the fifth Gospel,' it includes more messianic prophecies than any other Old Testament book, vividly describing Christ's suffering in chapter 53 some 700 years before His birth.
