Woe to the destroyer (Assyria) who has not been destroyed; when he finishes destroying, he shall be destroyed. God is exalted and fills Zion with justice; sinners in Zion tremble, asking who can dwell with consuming fire. The righteous see the king in his beauty; Jerusalem is a quiet habitation where the LORD is judge, lawgiver, king, and savior.
