Ezekiel 16 - Summary

Original Summary

Read Ezekiel Chapter 16 Summary

In an extended allegory, God recounts Jerusalem's history: found as an abandoned newborn, raised to beauty, and married to God who adorned her with splendor. Yet Jerusalem played the harlot with Egypt, Assyria, and Babylon, worse than Sodom and Samaria; nevertheless, God will remember His covenant and establish an everlasting covenant.
