A man with a measuring line goes to measure Jerusalem, but an angel declares the city will be inhabited as towns without walls because of its great population - for the LORD Himself will be a wall of fire around it and glory in its midst. The exiles are summoned to flee from Babylon, for God is coming to dwell in Zion, and many nations will be joined to Him in that day.
