In that day seven women will cling to one man, and the Branch of the LORD shall be beautiful and glorious for the survivors of Israel. Those who remain in Zion will be called holy, when the Lord has washed away Jerusalem's filth and created over Mount Zion a cloud by day and fire by night as a shelter.

Mount Zion

Over time, the name expanded to include the Temple Mount and came to represent Jerusalem as a whole, and ultimately the dwelling place of God.
