On that day seven women will take hold of one man, saying, "We will eat our own bread and wear our own clothes. Only let us be called by your name. Take away our shame."
On that day the branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious. The fruit of the land will be excellent and lovely for those of Israel who have escaped.
Then everyone who is left in Zion, everyone who remains in Jerusalem, will be called holy - everyone who is written down among the living in Jerusalem.
This will be when the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and has cleansed the blood of Jerusalem from inside her, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning.
Then the LORD will create over every dwelling place of Mount Zion, and over her gatherings, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night. For over all the glory there will be a covering.
And there will be a shelter to give shade in the daytime from the heat, and to be a place of refuge and a hiding place from storm and from rain.
