Up and down arrows move from one verse to the next.

"To the angel of the church in Sardis write: These are the words of him who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars. I know your works. You have a name that says you are alive, but you are dead."

"Be watchful. Make strong the things that remain, which are ready to die. For I have not found your works complete before God."

"So remember what you received and heard. Hold it fast, and repent. If you will not keep watch, I will come on you like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come upon you."

"But you have a few names even in Sardis who have not stained their clothes. They will walk with me in white, for they are worthy."

"The one who overcomes will be dressed in white clothing. I will not blot his name out of the book of life. I will speak his name before my Father and before his angels."

"Whoever has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David. When he opens, no one shuts; when he shuts, no one opens."

"I know your works. Look, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it. For you have a little strength, and you have kept my word, and have not denied my name."

"Look, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but are lying - look, I will make them come and worship at your feet, and know that I have loved you."

"Because you have kept the word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of testing which is coming on all the world, to test those who live on the earth."

"Look, I am coming quickly. Hold fast what you have, so that no one takes your crown."

"The one who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will never go out of it again. I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from my God. And I will write on him my new name."

"Whoever has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

"To the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God."

"I know your works. You are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot."

"So, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spit you out of my mouth."

"You say, 'I am rich. I have grown wealthy. I need nothing.' You do not know that you are wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked."

"I advise you to buy from me gold tested in the fire, so that you may be rich; and white clothing, so that you may be dressed and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen; and ointment to put on your eyes, so that you may see."

"All those I love, I rebuke and discipline. So be eager, and repent."

"Look, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with me."

"To the one who overcomes I will grant to sit with me on my throne, just as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne."

"Whoever has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."
