Oracle against Moab: Nebo is shamed, Kiriathaim captured, Moab is broken. Woe to those who trusted in works and treasures! Chemosh goes into exile. Moab has been at ease from youth, never emptied from vessel to vessel; therefore his taste remains. How is Moab's glory shattered! Yet in the latter days, God will restore Moab's fortunes.
