The priestly garments are completed: the ephod with its gold, blue, purple, and scarlet threads, the breastplate with twelve engraved stones, the robe with pomegranates and golden bells. The tunics, turbans, and the golden plate with 'HOLINESS TO THE LORD' are finished, along with Aaron's sons' vestments. All work is brought to Moses, who inspects everything and blesses the people for completing it exactly as the Lord commanded.
