Proverbs 5 - Summary

A warning against the forbidden woman: her lips drip honey and her speech is smoother than oil, but in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword, her feet going down to death. Stay far from her door lest you give your honor to others and your labors to the house of a foreigner. Rejoice in the wife of your youth, a lovely deer and graceful doe; be intoxicated always in her love. Why should you embrace the bosom of an adulteress? The LORD sees all a man's ways.
