The glory of the LORD enters the temple from the east, filling the house as in Ezekiel's earlier vision, and God declares this is His throne and the place of His feet forever. God commands Ezekiel to describe the temple to Israel so they may be ashamed of their sins, and He gives specifications for the altar's construction and consecration.
