Proverbs 30 - Summary

The words of Agur son of Jakeh from Massa: surely I am more brutish than any man, without human understanding; I have not learned wisdom nor have I knowledge of the Holy One. Every word of God proves true; do not add to His words lest He rebuke you and you be found a liar. Two things I ask: remove falsehood and lying from me; give me neither poverty nor riches. There are those who curse their fathers and do not bless their mothers. Four things are never satisfied: Sheol, the barren womb, earth never satisfied with water, and fire. There are four things too wonderful: the way of an eagle in the sky, a serpent on a rock, a ship in the sea, and a man with a young woman.
