Up and down arrows move from one verse to the next.

The LORD spoke to Moses:

"Command the children of Israel to put out of the camp everyone who has leprosy, everyone who has a discharge, and everyone who is unclean because of a dead body."

"Put out both male and female. Put them outside the camp, so that they do not make their camps unclean, for I live among them."

And the children of Israel did so, and put them outside the camp. As the LORD spoke to Moses, so the children of Israel did.

The LORD spoke to Moses:

"Speak to the children of Israel: When a man or a woman commits any sin that people commit, acting unfaithfully against the LORD, and that person is guilty,"

"then they shall confess the sin they have done. He shall pay back in full for his wrong, add a fifth part to it, and give it to the one he wronged."

"But if the man has no relative to whom the payment can be made, the payment for the wrong shall go to the LORD, that is, to the priest. This is besides the ram of atonement, by which atonement is made for him."

"Every offering of all the holy things that the children of Israel bring to the priest shall be his."

"Every man's holy gifts shall be his own. Whatever anyone gives the priest shall belong to the priest."

The LORD spoke to Moses:

"Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: If any man's wife turns aside and is unfaithful to him,"

"and another man lies with her, and it is hidden from her husband's eyes and kept secret, and she is defiled, and there is no witness against her, and she was not caught in the act;"

"and a spirit of jealousy comes over him, and he is jealous of his wife, and she is defiled; or if a spirit of jealousy comes over him, and he is jealous of his wife, and she is not defiled;"

"then the man shall bring his wife to the priest. He shall bring her offering for her, a tenth part of an ephah of barley meal. He shall pour no oil on it and put no frankincense on it, for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of remembrance, bringing iniquity to mind."

"The priest shall bring her near and set her before the LORD."

"The priest shall take holy water in a clay jar, and he shall take some of the dust on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water."

"The priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman's head, and put in her hands the offering of remembrance, which is the jealousy offering. The priest shall hold in his hand the bitter water that brings the curse."

"The priest shall put her under an oath and say to the woman, 'If no man has lain with you, and if you have not turned aside to uncleanness with another instead of your husband, may you be free from this bitter water that brings the curse."

"'But if you have turned aside to another instead of your husband, and you are defiled, and some man other than your husband has lain with you.'"

"Then the priest shall put the woman under an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say to the woman, 'May the LORD make you a curse and an oath among your people, when the LORD makes your thigh rot and your belly swell."

"'And this water that brings the curse shall go into your body, to make your belly swell and your thigh rot.' And the woman shall say, 'Amen, amen.'"

"The priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall wash them off into the bitter water."

"He shall make the woman drink the bitter water that brings the curse, and the water that brings the curse shall enter into her and become bitter."

"Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it on the altar."

"The priest shall take a handful of the offering, its memorial part, and burn it on the altar. After that he shall make the woman drink the water."

"When he has made her drink the water, then, if she is defiled and has been unfaithful to her husband, the water that brings the curse shall enter into her and become bitter. Her belly shall swell and her thigh shall rot, and the woman shall be a curse among her people."

"But if the woman is not defiled, and is clean, then she shall be free, and she shall conceive children."

"This is the law of jealousy, when a wife turns aside to another instead of her husband and is defiled,"

"or when a spirit of jealousy comes over a man and he is jealous of his wife. He shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall carry out upon her all this law."

"Then the man shall be free from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity."
