Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should set that person right again, in a spirit of gentleness. And watch yourself, or you may be tempted too.
Carry one another's burdens. In this way you will fulfil the law of Christ.
If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he is fooling himself.
Let each person test his own work. Then he will have something to be glad about in himself alone, and not in comparing himself with someone else.
For each person will carry his own load.
Anyone who is taught the word should share all good things with the one who teaches him.
Do not be fooled. God is not mocked. Whatever a person sows, that is what he will also reap.
The one who sows to his flesh will reap decay from the flesh. But the one who sows to the Spirit will reap everlasting life from the Spirit.
Let us not grow tired of doing good. At the right time we will reap, if we do not give up.
So then, whenever we have the chance, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who belong to the household of faith.
You see what large letters I have used to write to you with my own hand.
All those who want to look good outwardly are forcing you to be circumcised. They do it only so that they will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.
For even those who are circumcised do not keep the law themselves. But they want you to be circumcised so that they can boast about your flesh.
But may I never boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
For in Christ Jesus neither being circumcised nor being uncircumcised counts for anything. What counts is being a new creature.
Peace and mercy be on all who walk by this rule, and on the Israel of God.
From now on let no one trouble me, for I carry in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.
Brothers and sisters, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. «Written to the Galatians from Rome.»
