Amos 6 - Summary

Original Summary

Read Amos Chapter 6 Summary

Woe is pronounced upon those at ease in Zion and complacent in Samaria, who recline on ivory beds, feast on lambs and calves, and anoint themselves with finest oils while ignoring Israel's ruin. Because of their pride and indulgence, God swears to deliver city and nation to an oppressing force from Hamath to the brook of the Arabah.
