Ananias of Damascus

Ananias was a devout disciple in Damascus whom God sent to lay hands on Saul (Paul) after his conversion on the road to Damascus. Despite his initial fear of Saul's reputation as a persecutor, Ananias obeyed God, restored Saul's sight, and baptized him.
