To you, O God, we give thanks; to you we give thanks. Your name is near, and your wonderful works declare it.
"When I receive the congregation, I will judge with fairness."
"The earth and all who live in it are melting away. I hold up its pillars." Selah.
I said to the fools, "Do not act foolishly," and to the wicked, "Do not lift up the horn."
"Do not lift up your horn on high. Do not speak with a stiff neck."
For lifting up does not come from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.
In the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red. It is full of mixture, and he pours it out. But all the wicked of the earth will drain the dregs of it and drink them.
But I will declare it for ever. I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
"All the horns of the wicked I will cut off, but the horns of the righteous will be lifted high."
