Up and down arrows move from one verse to the next.

LORD, how many there are who trouble me! Many are those who rise up against me.

Many are saying about me, "There is no help for him in God." Selah.

But you, LORD, are a shield around me; you are my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.

I cried out to the LORD with my voice, and he heard me from his holy hill. Selah.

I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the LORD kept me safe.

I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side.

Rise up, LORD; save me, my God. For you have struck all my enemies on the cheek bone; you have broken the teeth of the ungodly.

Salvation belongs to the LORD. Your blessing is on your people. Selah.
