Proverbs 19 - Summary

Better a poor person who walks in his integrity than one who is crooked in speech and is a fool. Desire without knowledge is not good; whoever makes haste with his feet misses his way. A man's folly ruins his way, and his heart rages against the LORD. Wealth brings many friends; the poor is deserted even by his neighbor. A false witness will not go unpunished; he who breathes out lies will perish. House and wealth are inherited from fathers, but a prudent wife is from the LORD. Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the LORD.
