For Zion's sake I will not keep quiet, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest. I will not rest until her righteousness shines out like a bright light, and her salvation like a burning lamp.
The Gentiles will see your righteousness, and all kings will see your glory. You will be called by a new name, and the mouth of the LORD will choose it.
You will be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal crown in the hand of your God.
You will no longer be called Forsaken, and your land will no longer be called Desolate. Instead you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah. For the LORD delights in you, and your land will be married.
For as a young man marries a young woman, so your sons will marry you. And as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so your God will rejoice over you.
I have set watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem. They will never be quiet, day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent,
and give him no rest, until he makes Jerusalem firm, and makes her a praise in the earth.
The LORD has sworn by his right hand, and by his strong arm: "I will never again give your grain to be food for your enemies. Foreigners will not drink your wine, which you worked hard for."
"But those who gathered it will eat it and praise the LORD, and those who brought it in will drink it in the courts of my holy place."
Go through, go through the gates. Get the way ready for the people. Build up, build up the highway. Clear away the stones. Lift up a banner for the peoples.
Look, the LORD has made this known to the end of the world: "Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Look, your salvation is coming. Look, his reward is with him, and his work goes before him.'"
And they will call them The Holy People, The Redeemed of the LORD. And you will be called Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken.
