Ecclesiastes 5 - Summary

Wisdom concerning worship warns against rash vows and excessive words before God, whose dwelling is in heaven while humans walk the earth. The Teacher exposes the futility of wealth—the more goods increase, the more consume them; the laborer sleeps sweetly while the rich lie awake—and commends enjoying the portion God gives as itself a divine gift.
