1 Corinthians 2 - Summary

Paul recalls his initial preaching at Corinth, which came not with excellency of speech or human wisdom but in demonstration of the Spirit and power, that their faith might rest in God alone. He contrasts the wisdom of this age with the hidden wisdom of God revealed through the Spirit, explaining that the natural man cannot receive spiritual things, while the spiritual man discerns all things through the mind of Christ.
